Overview

CM3, CM3E, CM3L and CM3DC moulded case circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are CM1 series upgraded products launched by our company, and are divided into four series:

——Thermo-magnetic CM3 series circuit breakers are equipped with 63A, 100A, 250A, 400A, 630A and 800A housings, with the current of 10A~800A;
——Electronic CM3E series circuit breakers are equipped with 100A, 250A, 400A ,630A and 800A housings, with the current of 16A~800A;
——CM3L series circuit breakers with residual current protection are equipped with 100A, 225A, 400A and 630A housings, with the current of 10~630A and the residual current of 30mA~30A;
——DC CM3DC series circuit breakers are equipped with 100A, 250A, 400A and 630A housings, with the current of 10A~630A.

 

The circuit breaker is divided into C type (basic type), L type (standard type), M type (relatively high breaking type) and H type (high breaking type) according to the rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu).
The breaking capacity level of CM3 circuit breaker is divided into C, L and M types; and the breaking capacity level of CM3E circuit breaker is M type; the circuit breakers can realize backward incoming connection when used for AC400V distribution systems.
The whole series of circuit breakers can installed horizontally (horizontal installation), vertically (vertical installation) and flatly.
The whole series of circuit breaker has an isolating function, with the corresponding symbol “”.
L/M/H type of CM3-100 and 250, C/L/M/H type of CM3-400 and 630, L/M/H type of CM3-800 and four-pole neutral pole type of the above specifications are A and B type circuit breakers with a unique “overload alarm non-tripping” function to guarantee power supply continuity and meet the requirements in Clause 6.3.6 of GB50054.
CM3L circuit breaker can be equipped with an electric leakage alarm non-tripping module to prevent heavy losses caused by power failure and meet the requirements in Clause 4.6 of GB13955.
The circuit breaker accords with the following standards:
IEC60947-1 and GB 14048.1 General Provisions of Low-voltage Switch Equipment and Control Equipment
IEC60947-2 and GB 14048.2 Circuit Breaker of Low-voltage Switch Equipment and Control Equipment
IEC60947-4-1 and GB 14048.4 Electromechanical Contactor and Motor Starter (including motor protector) of Low-voltage Switch Equipment and Control Equipment

Regular Service Conditions and Installation Conditions

The ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃;
The elevation of installation sites cannot be more than 2,000m;
The relative air humidity of installation sites cannot be more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃; relatively high humidity such as 90% at 20℃ is available at relatively low temperature; please take special measures to remove condensation occasionally generated by temperature variation;
The pollution grade is III;
The circuit breaker can resist to mechanical vibration with the frequency of 2Hz~13.2Hz and the displacement of ±1mm as well as the frequency of 13.2Hz~100Hz and the accelerated speed of ±0.7g through GB/T2423.10 test requirements;
The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is III, while the installation category of the other auxiliary circuits and control circuits is II;
The circuit breaker is suitable for electromagnetic environment A;
